How can I check the calls that I have made?
To view a list of your incoming and outgoing calls, follow these simple instructions.
Step 1: Log into your Customer Portal with your NewWave username and password.
Step 2: Once logged in, select the phone number you wish to view your call records for under the “Phone Line” drop-down menu. If there are multiple numbers you want to view, repeat steps 2-3 for each.
Step 3: Select the “My Calls” tab, where you can view your Outgoing or Incoming calls in any Billing Cycle.
Note: The records on this website may take up to 24 hours to update recent calls. Depending on the size of your call records and the speed of your internet browser, the “My Calls” tab can take several minutes to load your call records, as it is pulling the full history of inbound and outbound calls. This page only records billable outbound and inbound calls. MyPhone does not log calls to toll-free numbers if they are not billable by NewWave.
