To turn ON or opt-in to paperless billing, follow the below steps.
Step 1. Log into your online account here: Customer Portal.
Step 2. Once logged in, under the Bill Pay section, click the word “OFF” next to the word “Paperless”.
Step 3. Enter the email address you would like your monthly statements sent to. Be sure to read the Terms and Conditions and agree by clicking the box.
Step 4. Click “Activate”.
Step 5. You will see the message of “Success” if your submission went through. Be sure to check your email and follow the instructions to complete the activation of paperless billing.
To opt-out of paperless billing, follow the below steps.
Step 1. Log into your online account here: Customer Portal.
Step 2. Under the “Bill Pay” section, click “ON” where it says, “Paperless Billing: ON”.
Step 3. To deactivate paperless billing, click “Deactivate Paperless Billing”.
