To view your current and past data usage, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Log into your online account here: Customer Portal.
Step 2: Click the “Services” tab in the top navigation bar.
Step 3: Scroll down to the section labeled “Current Data Usage”.
Here you will be able to view:
- Total GB of data used
- Number of days left in the data cycle
- Data Usage Period
- Data Plan
Step 4: To view usage details and past data usage, click the “View Usage Details” button to the right. Here you will be able to view your daily usage as well as your monthly usage.
